I first got help from a employee however when I asked for help and the product wasn't in stock that was it. No advice on another product that maybe similar. When I asked another employee he was lovely and so much more helpful x thank you to rhat person as I then purchase an item which I wasn't going g too x
Bought a fridge freezer and washing machine today at a really good price. Wayne was great from start to finish, advising and supporting throughout - brilliant customer service. I think it might be worth adding that I noticed a lot of staff helping customers - not something you see in a lot of shops nowadays where you seem to basically have to serve yourself. Nice to see.
Excellent customer service from zainab. She was friendly and attentive . She mentioned she hadnt been working here long yet was very knowlegable on the products and helped me pick the perfect items for me. She went above and beyond and helped me carry one of the items to my car as i couldnt manage on my own . A credit to ur store.
Visited the store today and purchased a soundbar, Paul looked after us and he was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and patient and explained everything… he even gave us some tips on our tv at home on the different settings and we have tried it and he was spot on!! Excellent customer service, thank you
I recently visited the Currys store at Merry Hill and had a great experience. I needed to return a faulty printer and the process was seamless. The staff were friendly and accommodating me to find the right product, I was able to exchange it with no problems. Additionally, I forgot some important documents in the scanner, but the staff were more than happy to help me retrieve them. Overall, I was impressed with the level of customer service and the efficiency of the staff.
Went in to look at new TVs. Several staff on site talking to each other. No one asked if we needed any help or advice. An order was lost, so the sales staff obviously earn a decent amount not to want commission
Terrible service. VERY POOR. I have 5 years guarantee and my washing machine has cut up loads of my clothes. I called for the repair they said call samsung and samsung say speak with Curry's. ARGOS much better company than Curry's they are ridiculous and frustrating. Never leaving Argos ever again. HERE IS SOME CLOTHES I DONT MIND SHOWING.
Manager, Phil, don't know his last name, at Merry Hill/Brierley Hill branch, was absolutely brilliant. No less a word for it. Too much to say why, but he deserves proper recognition for being a fantastic manager (which I say both as a customer and as a former manager myself). He could have just 'gone with' what I went in for, but he knew that there was more to it than appeared. He got to the bottom of my personal needs in a sympathetic manner and offered real solutions to my issues. That's worth more than I can say in today's world. My grateful thanks to him.
