    Trustworthy, reliable and great at communication. Worth every penny. John was fantastic when I brought my laptop to him for repair. I had a very strange issue he had never seen before, but even then he only needed to have my laptop for a few days. Each time he tried a fix that didn't work, he would tell me, keeping me in the loop at every stage and telling me the next steps. In the end, turned out my laptop needed wiping and he was good enough to ask what documents I wanted to save, backed them up on an external hard drive and reloaded them to my laptop once he had taken it back through it's start up process.
