   Woman behind the counter was absolutely vile. So yesterday I was waiting for my car in the garage round the corner, decided to walk to the local vape shop to buy a new vape. I’m not entirely familiar with the different types of vapes etc as I usually use disposable ones. From the minute I entered the shop there was a woman behind the counter, her whole body language and tone of voice was unpleasant and unwelcoming. The way she even looked at me was unsettling. I literally should have walked straight back out but hey ho I wanted to buy a vape. So I started looking at the vapes but was unsure which one would be best because like I said it’s new to me. She could see I didn’t have a clue and never offered any help. So eventually I asked her if I could have some help and her response was so abrupt and rude. She asked me is I vape for nicotine or flavour, I said both, she let off a patronising smile. I asked her which vapes were like most popular recently, which is the one most people go to if there is one, she responded so abruptly saying something along the lines of “this business has been established for over 15 years…” I mean… that’s great but did not didn’t answer my question at all. Every question I asked about strengths of vapes and how to know the difference etc. I was made to look stupid like I should just know the answer. I was always met with a patronising response. I mean like she just said she’s been established in a vape shop for 15 years so of course she’s gonna know everything to do with vapes butttt I have not. Honestly I’m 28 years old and have actually never met a shop keeper so patronising and rude in all my life. Eventually after putting up with her stinking attitude for so long, I could feel my whole attitude and face change towards her and was seriously about to snap, it was at the tip of my tongue to say something, she seen this and quickly… I suppose.. made up for herself by coming out from around the till and actually helping me… slightly. I mean I’m not sure what her problem was but of course when people are so unwelcoming like the way she was instantly without me even opening my mouth the word racism comes to mind. I did end up buying a vape but actually left the shop thinking I wish I never would have given my money to such a horrible person. It’s really played on my mind, and I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was needed. I will never step foot back in that shop again and never recommend it to anybody. Please, sort your staff out because this experience was horrible.

   I have used several Vape Shops in the past but find UltraVapour the best one. The staff are extremely helpful especially Jo who always offers good advice on products. It is also handy having a parcel shop there which I have used on a few occasions with no problems. Excellent service.

   My mom has been coming here for over a year now and has always had the best experience. The customer service is fantastic especially Jo as she always helps and guides her with the Evri Parcels. Jo and her team always go above and beyond to help her and she always comes out smiling and happy. Thank you.

   Great service as always. Have been a customer here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. Good advice on products and fast friendly service. Also use the evri parcel service here and although there is a self service machine they will come over and make sure you’re okay and offer to help if you’re not. Special thanks to Jo who is friendly and professional. Wouldn’t use any other vape shop and it’s a massive convenience that I can also send my parcels off too.

   Hi, I would of put zero stars if it was available. The women serving me today to return a parcel via Evri was extremely rude towards me. She obviously picks and chooses which customers she would like to help especially if they are white or known to her. I have never returned parcel via Evri, she just rudely asked me to use machine when I asked how, she responded follow the instructions then when asked for further help she was patronising back. Never will I return use this service again.

   Never using them again staff are very rude, don't know what they are talking about and treat new customers like dirt a set of rules for new customers leaniant rules for old customers absolutely a joke would never recomend this place even to a smoker there are so many better places to go and who actually respect people you all should be ashamed of yourselves and actually think about the way you treat people who come into your store in Shell Corner

   Great service, quick delivery, staff always really helpful and pleasant when you go in. Nothing is too much. A vape I bought broke and the after emailing them, the owner came out and personally delivered a new one. You just don't get service like that anymore. Many thanks.

   coming into this shop in is a pleasure, the staff are super friendly, super helpful and the fact they have a massive load of samples on the counter before you try is the best idea ever. i have been into a couple of shops in blackheath and had nothing but bad experiences and this shop has stopped me buying online. i have gone into the shop and spent over half an hour in there chatting and trying samples and always end up getting what i want. would tell anyone who vapes to go here even if its for big cloud sport to just trying to quit smoking. big thumbs up from me.
