   I had a disappointing experience here. When I requested a refund, the staff member serving me gave me a dirty look and was quite rude. His tone was passive-aggressive & judgemental throughout the interaction. Customer service should be much better & staff should be retrained. If you pay in cash or request a refund in cash you will be judged for doing so.

   Incompetent staff. Poor Service. Will not check system regarding my faulty service! Never had an issue before as the purchases has lifetime warranty. Is that what you train staff to say "you bought it off Ebay!" Rather than checking system especially the amount I purchase from you from the last 14 years!

   Referred to from a local wheel repair shop around the corner, The Wheel Specialist. Came in and was greeted by the staff, originally came for a long tyre iron and walked out with a reasonably priced Trolley Jack and Impact Driver both with warranty. Had a good chat with the staff and they were showing me a few things that they have that come with lifetime warranty. Really impressed and will be coming here from now on

   Absolutely disgusted with this branch after driving for over an hour through rush hour traffic to get to the branch at 5:55 to find it closed with two members of staff staring at me and ignoring my pleas to open the door. Don't get me wrong I have always been a loyal customer of machine mart and have recommended them many times but this branch lets the side down badly. Fuming is not the word don't advertise 6 o'clock and close at 10 too
