My daughter was insulted by a member of staff at the golden square shop when she came in to try clothing on to purchase for her holiday I find this disgusting a sales advisors job is not to insult customers I will be making a formal complaint
This is a fabulous ladies shop. I am so pleased with the jacket & sandals I bought last week they're just what I wanted. Whenever I need something in the future this will be the first shop I'll go to. All the ladies that work there are lovely. See you again soon!!
What a fabulous shop PURE is. Had some really beautiful clothes from both the Stockton Heath shop and the Wilmslow shop. The girls in the shop are lovely and not ‘pushy’ they just let you have a good look at everything, and try on whatever you wish. We are regulars now, and love everything we’ve purchased. We are going again today and really looking forward to it. The photo is of my daughter in one of the gorgeous blouses we purchased on Saturday in Wilmslow
Why is it the staff jump on you everytime you go in...even following you around constantly asking if you are OK...I'm 57 years old its extremely off putting ...you look desperate for sale ...
Called in pure today dressed casual in shorts trainers the lady on the counter looked at me when I picked up a jumpsuit in white like I was going to steel it - she then came over checking on me I asked what size it was she said one size they wasn't forgiving then showed me a dress that looked like a tent I am a size 12 -14 not obese I then walked out off the shop - they lost a sales lady in the green dress needs to be taught customers service
Me and my mum went in the pure shop in Stockton Heath was asking one of the lady’s who work there about a pair of Dungarees if they was a size 18. The woman who works in the shop did not answer my mums question. As we was trying to talk to her she saw someone who she hasn’t seen for ages and blanked me and my mum out so we won’t be giving our money to them or shop in there as they are rood.
Fabulous clothes, lovely staff. Highly recommend x
