I was so excited when I found their website and placed a large order, as I had taken note of the measurements and everything 'should' have fit, unfortunately only 2 of the 20 items did fit, and the quality of the finish is not very good. I think their clothes are oversized to possibly an 18/20, but much bigger than that they really wont fit. I emailed them to get their thoughts but had no response. Now all the clothes are in transit (at my expense)!
Will not purchase anything from them again. They promote on their website they use DPD. On a few occasions things I have had problems with my deliveries. Now as a company they are using this courier company and should be investigating problems but not laundry b they just want your money
I loved everything I ordered but had to return 2 pairs of trousers as they were too short. When I checked the model was only 5ft and I am 5ft 7 so not the same length. I should have checked the measurements first . Brilliant customer service and refund has been processed. I will definitely reorder.
