    We stopped in yesterday to take advantage of the sale. I had never been to the store before and it was spacious, spotless and filled with a wonderful array of everything AGA. Thee sales staff, Linda and Kate, were very helpful and kind! They even took the time to explain to me (an AGA user of 10 years) some tricks that I hadn't discovered and will prove very helpful in the future. Many thanks to them both!

    Me and my mum had the absolute pleasure of going to the Kidderminster aga store for a demonstration from Penny Zako. We had a fabulous time and learnt so much. She was so lovely and put everyone at easy for an informative and enjoyable experience! As always Roger, Kate and Linda were on hand to give expert advice and were incredibly helpful on any questions we had. We couldn’t recommend this store enough!!

    Bought a brand new Aga this spring. Constant issues and shop does not do the aftersales, instead an Aga telephone number given but all they do is take details.. again… and then never arrange an engineer. Currently, Aga not working, off, won’t stay on, less than 9 months old. Reconsider Aga as the system behind it is dated and very unresponsive. Have called several times to both Aga and repair service very keen person to help, but nothing happens as they have no engineers working for Aga anymore, they outsource.

    It is a pleasure coming in to this shop. They are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and their advice is excellent whether you're buying an Aga or an accessory. Their cooking demonstrations are the best I have ever attended anywhere whether you have an Aga or not.
