“I would just like to say as a regular customer to your cafe in your kidderminster branch how much it has improved in the last few weeks and that is down to the staff that are there at the moment. Especially Raphael and a young man who are currently there, they are polite, friendly and efficient. I think you should advertise it more over the tannoy and give some special offers, its a big comfortable space but is not currently being used to its full potential.”

Not only do they match perfectly but the quality of the drawers is far superior. Everybody at Woodrobes was very helpful and we were delighted with the workmanship.”

“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. “Carters Bed City is the BEST bed and mattress store in the West Midlands and it's the first and only place you need to go for 3 key reasons: 1: Carters has a HUGE show room with many different brands of beds. They're not tied in to exclusivity agreements unlike other big chains. 2: When you walk in, the staff greet you warmly and ask what sort of help you need. I knew what I wanted so the colleague pointed me in the right direction and didn't try to pressure sell at all! 3: When it came to pay they checked I was happy and organised free delivery. The service was outstanding. As a family company Carters provides fantastic staff and the widest range of beds to ensure customers come back again and again. I will never go anywhere else again for a bed and I implore you to make the drive from wherever you live in the West Midlands to come here first. You won't need to go anywhere else!”

“I ordered some skirting board over the phone and it was delivered promptly. Unfortunately when it arrived I had ordered the wrong style. The guys in the office and the driver were very helpful and sorted my error out with correct skirting the same day. Well done guys”
