   I felt I was making a bold choice with a peacock blue sofa but knew I could trust the Kim Johnson team to advise me and that Kim would create something beautiful. I chose the fabric after Sara had introduced me to Clarke and Clarke on previous projects. We are so lucky to have this available in Kidderminster - two friends told me the result is 'very Soho House'. Yay! Before and after pics attached.

   Kim is an exceptional upholsterer. We have been customers for many years now and have always been delighted with her work. She has so much experience and our furniture is collected by George and Rosie in a timely fashion. Kim also held onto our sofas whilst we were having work done in the lounge. A real family affair , her sister Sara is wonderful and keeps in touch regularly regarding the progress of the work. I cannot fault this service and would recommend Kim in a heartbeat .

   Fabulous gem of a business, always had great service from Kim and her team, both in the Kidderminster and Bewdley shops. I’ve been a customer for about 15 years- they have reupholstered furniture for me, made new made to measure soft furniture, as well as curtains and blinds for 2 houses. We also enjoy browsing in the shops and have purchased lamps, candles and glassware. It’s my go-to store for a quirky gifts…100% recommend.

   I took three pieces of furniture to be reupholstered. One of which had already been upholstered but had not been completed right, I should of gone straight to Kim Johnsons from the start. Both Sara and Kim were very friendly and attentive, they showed me lots of sample books which I could choose from and gave just the right amount of input to aid the ideas I had. They listened and understood what I wanted and they gave clear timelines of when I could book things in to be completed. The quality of the end products was outstanding and exceeded how I imagined they would look. They have bought back to life three of my dads pieces of furniture and they will live on in new way and remind me of him and make me smile each and every day. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim Johnson Designs.

   We have just had a pair of Duresta sofas reupholstered. Staff were beyond helpful with advice and we are delighted with the standard of work, which is very high. Collection and delivery was very difficult but they were patient and courteous throughout. All in all a very professional family business and I highly recommend.

   Absolutely awful customer service and really quite aggressive. Her husband got himself involved for some unknown reason who was extremely rude. You will probably notice that he has provided a 5 star review to try and drag their ratings up. That clearly says it all. Just vile.

   Visited Kim Johnson designs to buy a chair which was on display in the window. I was told I would have to make an appointment to view the chair as they were unhappy to disturb the window display? Could not believe this attitude. obviously did not buy the chair. Very poor customer service Avoid!
