Omg Craig and Sally were excellent!!!! Came in with my 87 year old uncle in a wheel chair and they treated him like a king. He does not like going out but we had to sort his bed!!!!! Just had our new bed delivered. Fantastic Service and such nice people to deal with. Their knowledge of the products is top rate and the help but more so the explanation on what you should be looking at (body position) when trying a new bed was the biggest help we had and to be honest never been given this before in any other store. Delivery went like clockwork (had to have scissor lift to put bed through first floor window) the delivery chaps were great and so helpful. Price couldn’t be beaten by anyone else by a mile. Carters Bed City is the BEST bed and mattress store in the West Midlands and it's the first and only place you need to go for 3 key reasons: 1: Carters has a HUGE show room with many different brands of beds. They're not tied in to exclusivity agreements unlike other big chains. 2: When you walk in, the staff greet you warmly and ask what sort of help you need. I knew what I wanted so the colleague pointed me in the right direction and didn't try to pressure sell at all! 3: When it came to pay they checked I was happy and organised free delivery. The service was outstanding. As a family company Carters provides fantastic staff and the widest range of beds to ensure customers come back again and again. I will never go anywhere else again for a bed and I implore you to make the drive from wherever you live in the West Midlands to come here first. You won't need to go anywhere else!

Fabulous bed shop that has a bed and price for everyone. Great customer service. Delivered on time by two very professional men. Overall, can't be faulted. Highly recommended.
Really great range of beds and mattresses. Competitive prices and appears to be room to negotiate a little. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a great store offering personal service and advice which I'd recommend over the larger national chains.
