   We have been delivered the wrong parts for the base. A shown in photo, only one side has the correct attachments in order to put them together. Customer service team did not seem in any rush to help us. We are tempted to ask for a full refund and take our business elsewhere! Sales team were very helpful in store (we used the Kidderminster store and Tom was lovely) your delivery team were also in an out in less than 5 minutes and removed out old mattress with no problems at all. Just highly dissatisfied with the customer service we’ve received following this. I do not believe over another 2 weeks (making it over 6 weeks in total from selecting our bed) is the soonest you can fix our problem. We have no headboard, no glides and storage drawers which we can’t use for the time being. Ridiculous after paying over the odds for a bed that both of us were really looking forward to.

   I called to order a sofa bed and the sales assistant was helpful and polite throughout the call. They helped me to utilise my Blue Light discount too. The delivery team (Paul and Luke) were brilliant. They were friendly and polite and communicated everything well to me. They weren't told the delivery slot so arrived a little early and I was at an appointment but they waited for me and were really helpful. They carried the sofa bed upstairs for me carefully too. The sofa bed is beautiful and really comfortable. I would definitely use Bensons again.

   Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient. We explained what we needed from a mattress and he was able to give us recommendations. We tried out a lot of mattresses and were able to choose one we liked. Transaction was straightforward and we did not have to wait long for delivery. Delivery was excellent. Would buy there again.

   We popped into Bensons kidderminster, greeted by Mel, who asked if I needed any assistance. We asked if we could look around as we wanted to check out the stock for ourselves. Mel was great "call me if you need me". What a delightful experience we had, being left alone to browse at our own leisure, without a salesperson following us. After making our short list, Mel went through our options and purchase, thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know regarding the purchase and details of products which may have been beneficial to us. Even chatting about shoulder trouble not being helped by our old mattress. He was professional, polite and clearly new how to treat a customer. Thanks, Mel, You are a credit to Bensons. Our delivery soon arrived Paul and his assistant were great, on time and respected our property. Shoes off, polite and jovial. Thanks to the whole Bensons team.
