   Customer service here is top-notch. They are all very friendly and efficient. At times when I buy heavy stuff, they make sure I'm ok with carrying it to my car. Maybe it's because I'm small, so don't expect the same service if you're a tall person, but it's so nice of them to do that.

   Jenny in argos kidderminster "the manager" humiliated my husband in store to the point he had a panic attack. I bought him a fan to help with anxiety. Got it home after spending £350 to find it wasnt as described. Removed it, tried to return it and was refused as we had plugged it in to the wall. How do you see if a fan works well if you cant plug it in? Then there is Sara. I have a recorded call where she tell me to LIE and say that I havent plugged it in! Went back in amd Jenny was nowhere to be seen so then had another rude staff member go at me. I asked if she had ever bought an item and returned it for not being fit for purpose, she said no. Never! Rude. Unhelpful. Would never use argos again. Would not recommend argos.

   Had a click and collect return for refund refused by the female Manager Eliza just because I had opened the box! How can I even see the product if I don't open the box? I'd gone back with the items 5 minutes after collecting them. I've seen other reviews saying similar things about this staff member. Argos clearly does not care one jot about customer service.

   First time review anywhere ever age (44) Absolutely disgusting service from the Female manager, was rude with a very very bad attitude. Whilst waiting inline i heard the female manager being rude to two separate customers who walked away one angry and one in tearsI thought i would ignore her rudeness and give a smile on approach and approach with manners and kindness thinking it had just been a bad day for her obviously i was worried i would also be dealt with in this manner however i was right the female manager was short with me, had an attitude and was extremely rude. I am in utter shock that she has a job let alone being a manager of a reputable chain. I ended up calling customer services to complain and cannot stress how much she has taken her position as a manager as a title above anyone else and a title to treat customers not great . in all of my 44 years i have never ever come across this foul treatment. i phoned through to customer services who allowed me to make a complaint and provided me with the Bromsgrove store who helped me within 5 minutes and were also so very polite and went above and beyond to apologise for the way i was treated in the Kidderminster store however apparently it is only the female manager that people have complained aboutBromsgrove store has also had many customers head to their store after other customers from the Kidderminster store had also experienced these upsets with the female manager, in general the staff at all the branches have done Argos well but all it takes is for one bad manager to let the rest of the team down

   Argos-Kidderminster has among they’re crew a very arrogant and ignorant member of staff that works at the collection and returning points. A lady has been very determined not to accept an item as a return, although it was in a resealable condition with all the parts in the original box. According to the return policy I had the right to do so. However this lady refused to accepted back on the grounds that I have used the product. Plug-in it and observing how it works DOES NOT COUNT AS USE!!!!!! Review your customer service policy Argos- Kidderminster!

   The member of staff named Tom was really helpful on Sunday afternoon. I wasn't sure what photo paper size was best for what I needed it for. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me.

   The 5 stars are for Lucie, who managed to sort a Fast Track error with my order. Her professional manner and customer service was second to none. I only hope Argos get their act together with the busy Christmas period coming. Well done Lucie, keep up the good work.
