Ordered something via click and collect. Email received within 15 mins saying it was available to collect. The collection point button you had to press was answered straightway and the item was handed over within a minute. Excellent service. Plenty of free parking available.
They have the lights down so low that you need a miners helmet. The darkness make is feel a gloomy shopping experience. No manned tills now so to add to your customer shopping experience you have no choice but to serve yourself.
Ordered a radiator cover on line for next day delivery, after taking time off work to be home to receive my order I get an email saying sorry it’s going to be delivered the day after…having cancelled the order because there is no one here to collect it I now have to wait a week for a refund, poor service both B&Q and Evri!!!
Had great customer service today from a young guy who helped us find what we needed (knee pads and gloves) and he didn’t even work for store he was fitting out the safety clothing in store. Walked the store to find what we couldn’t find. Hope he gets the pat on the back he deserves.
came into the kidderminster store to order a kitchen, We met joe for our appointment he was so polite and lovely and so helpful when we found it hard to decide on some things, took us round the shop showing us different options. I m on a mobility scooter and he made sure i was comfortable and could see everything, a credit to the company
Ordered a cordless drill on click and collect which was ready when we arrived. Bought several items in store. Not given 5 stars as only one person on the tills and ALL the self service tills closed. This led to lengthy waits at the till.
Good site, nice staff but when items are half price online delivered... It only makes sense for when you're desperate for something. They refuse to price match too.
Went to get some sheet plywood cut, great service from the the gent on the saw, only negative is the current price of plywood, but this isn't B & Qs fault.
It's Big Very BIG. They have some good offers at the moment so worth a visit. In a very strange spot. It was like all the other motorists thought they were at Silverstone, of course I'd no idea where I was going and others were racing round the oneway system. But there is a big carpark and an excellent burger van, they seemed like very nice people.
