   Avoid this shop at all costs – they caused more damage than help. I went to this shop to get a stuck SIM card removed from my phone due to a broken SIM tray. I explained clearly that I had previously tried to remove it myself using a bit of glue. They said they’d be able to get it out within an hour. When I returned, they told me they couldn’t remove it because there was “too much glue.” I accepted that and left. But shortly after, I noticed that my phone no longer recognised any physical SIM card. I went back and asked if they had damaged the SIM slot (which is part of the phone’s motherboard). The technician came out and claimed they had only damaged the SIM tray, and that once I got the tray replaced, it would work fine. Wanting a second opinion, I went to another shop with much better reviews – and a much more professional attitude. They were able to successfully remove the stuck SIM card and even noted that the SIM chip area already looked damaged – likely due to the first shop's handling. They advised I test it again after replacing the SIM tray. I bought a new SIM tray the next day – and guess what? The phone still doesn't recognise any physical SIM. Now I’m stuck only using eSIM, and I’ll need to go to the manufacturer for a repair, which will cost around £120–£150. This makes it almost impossible to sell the phone without fixing it. I should’ve read the reviews first. If you can’t fix something, just say so – don’t make it worse. I’m honestly lucky they didn’t ruin the phone entirely. Totally careless and unprofessional service. Avoid this place at all costs.

   If it’s too good to be true it probably is. I’m sure you are going through this store’s reviews as you have seen extremely cheap items on their Facebook market. Safe to say I have visited the shop and they are nothing but crooks. They will sell you stolen products at best and a fake product most of the time. Don’t waste your time here. I don’t know how the shop still exists or why they’re advertising such cheap items for some quick cash. That’s the best way to have your business crumble
