Went into store to ask for advice in regards to issues I was having with connecting my sink trap to my basin plug. Cole was brilliant! He was very knowledgeable and helped solve my situation. Usually screwfix was my preferred store but after this, will use Toolstation!

The best Toolstation in Manchester! Cole and David were extremely helpful. *UPDATE 24/8/2025 - once again served by Cole and David. 10/10 service. Would highly recommend this store if you are working in the North Manchester area.
I’ve been to a lot of Toolstations in my life but the Middleton one really puts the icing on the cake! Normally in others the staff are good and do the job they are meant to which is fair enough! I recently was at the Middleton one and there were two great guys called Alex and Cole. They went above and beyond to help me with the right product to buy. There was no pressure just 100% genuine help. Thanks guys!
