Delt with my return fine . No lift to get pram upstairs and staff wouldn't help a woman with her pram . I offered but she just left the store to go else where instead.
I was very disappointed by Clarks’ customer service. The manager was very rude and aggressive. If you have ever heard of the phrase “computer says no!” That is how I would describe her. One star is being generous. I hope you listen to this review!
We were in Clarks earlier today and absolutely blown away by the kindness and knowledge and people skills of the young man in the children’s shoes area upstairs. Clark’s … what an asset. Excellent hiring. Our children are on occasion quite difficult but he dealt with them effortlessly.
I like the Clarks brand and store but the experience in this store wasn't great. Customer service from Lewis was average. The other staff member was clueless and didn't have a clue about the shoes I was asking about. Shoe range is great but work on customer service needed.
Went in with my partner to collect an order he'd placed online. Rebekah was friendly when she served us and whilst my partner tried his shoes on, her interactions with other customers were very pleasant and she had a very good knowledge of the shoes in store and sizes and widths and availability etc. :) Great customer service!
Great shop with lots of choice. I usually hate shopping for shoes but Alison was really friendly and attentive, making the extra effort to help me find the right pair!
Kids section upstairs and no lift. Great store planning. Going elsewhere instead.
Good selection of quality footwear as you would expect from Clarks. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The one time they didn't have something they ordered it and we received it within two days. Great quality stuff!
Kids upstairs and no lift for pram.? Told it was because there was a road outside. It's a block paved pedestrian area for heavens sake !! And 2 huge signs saying 60% off sale. Where are the shoes then? Yes the staff are lovely I agree. No problems there
