   Two lovely ladies helped me in store. I bought a Navy head piece and I was discussing with them that I only needed to find a bag as the rest of my outfit was sorted. They offered to bring new bags out to show me and they helped me find the perfect one! ❤️ Thank you so much for your help, your kindness has made my day and saved a lot of stress! The head piece and bag fit my outfit perfectly.

   Never heard of Phase Eight until last week. I needed a dress for an important wedding. Was worried I might not find anything suitable, as I knew what style would look right on me, but I hadn't seen much on any websites, so thought I'd have problems. I was pleased to find SIX different potential dresses to try.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Four dresses looked great, and I ended up buying two (one for the wedding and another that I really could not resist as it was so nice). If or when I need a nice outfit for a special occasion in future, Phase Eight will be my first stop. Thanks.

   After hours of looking for a dress for my daughters wedding i was rather disheartened, until i walked into this store. The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful, pulling dresses for me to try, looking for sizes, boosting my confidence. With their knowledge of the clothes in store they were able to pull items i would not have thought of. I left with a dress, bag & fascinator, PLUS A HUGE SMILE. Thank you ladies, you made my day.

   I visited the recently to look for any ideas for wedding guest's style of clothing, I felt disappointed poor variety of styles and poor stock in small size for women, the staff as usual friendly with certain group age! They should be friendly with any group age! Sorry I prefer to shop online.

   Bought a top from phase 8 Cheshire oaks i have bought alot from there if I wasn't happy with the iteams I got a full refund when I payed 4 it I wasn't told they don't give refunds anymore awful customer service I won't be shopping in there again!!!
