   Needed a 16mm spark plug socket and pass machine mart going to / from work so popped in , super friendly and helpful gents on the till , had what I needed in stock , right price and decent quality socket - job done , well stocked store , I could probably spend a small mortgage on tools and goodies in here , certainly will use again for workshop and tools etc , usually go to Halfords but their a bit hit and miss with a high turnover of staff , a different face every visit, now found my new workshop stockist . Brill.

   We recently went to Machine Mart in Warrington to look for a stove. We were so lucky to have had the support of John and his colleague, they were amazing at helping us decide what we need. They made phone calls to other shops and really went the extra mile on every query we had. The customer service was excellent and the prices amazing for great quality. Definitely recommended.

   £60 fine to park outside this machine mart branch No signage to indicate so and parking spaces clearly advertise parking for machine mart customers but say nothing about parking charges!

   Beware.. sneaky parking fines.. I also got done £60 the other week whilst parked just outside the door. I was in the Machine Mart shop literally 14 minutes, no signage, no warnings of a new parking system from the staff etc.. It was only 3 weeks later than I received the Parking Charge Notice letter. I immediately called the shop and the member of staff (he was a nice lad to be fair), said that its a new system which has been in place for 2 weeks. When i explained that my visit was three weeks ago, he said that i need to lodge an appeal with the parking company - i did this, but it got ignored.. I also raised a formal complaint with Machine Mart Head Office which has also been ignored - so rather than get dragged through the courts & risk a CCJ againts me - I decided to pay the fine & move on. BUT - I will never ever shop with Machine Mart again, which makes me feel sad as ive been a loyal machine mart customer for well over 20 years. 1 star.. if i could award zero stars then I would.

   Terrible. Beware you are only allowed 10 mins in the car park before £100 fine unless you have correctly validated car parking in the store. Will never shop there again. Btw it is the landlord not machine mart apparently. Can't see machine mart being there much longer.
