   We went in to price up a resize for my late fathers rings whilst there my mother fell in love with a piece from their memorial jewelery. I agreed to get this for her for Christmas and we were invited back to watch the process of placing my father's ashes within the ring. This was a very personal item and the love and care from these guys was second to none. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely use you again.

   Absolutely made up with the service. Previously years ago I'd been told the ring wasn't repairable. 2 wks ago I just decided to call in an ask them at jack Jordan. To my delight the answer was yes it most definitely could. Today I have my ring back. My engagement ring from 34 years ago. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. The friendly customer service and great valve oftered here are second to none. Couldn't recommend more.

   After my wife passed away, I wanted to get our wedding rings and her engagement ring made into one ring. I went to Jack Jordan’s and can only say that my experience from start to finish was amazing. Customer Service is second to none - I don’t think i have ever felt at ease in the shop anywhere else!    Great customer service, extremely friendly, and the price was a lot cheaper but definitely doesn’t effect the quality. we had three cremation jewellery peaces made. The detail and time they put into making them perfect was nice to see. All in all a great experience watching them do what they do best❤️

   Originally popped in for a ring sizing but the staff were so lovely and helpful we bought my wife’s engagement ring on our first visit..! We were so pleased with the price and quality we returned to begin designing our own bespoke wedding rings which we later purchased over the course of a couple of months and had the pleasure of being greeted enthusiastically by the dogs each time as we checked our sizing and got my sisters wedding band produced as she was so impressed with our rings. We have since moved from Leigh but look back on these times very fondly and will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family and be returning for an eternity band in the future.    My wife and I have used Jack Jordan Jewellers on many occasions, and have always been pleased, not only with the excellent service, but also their range of hewllery, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they have catalogues of jewellery that they can get for you – they did that for us with some marcasite jewellery – a great personal service. Recommended!

   Came I for a special piece of jewellery. Knew what I wanted, but didn't know really. They happily got out samples for me to try and gave me some really sound advice as to what would compliment my other piece of jewellery, not compete with. I gave them my budget when I started looking and at no point did they try to make me exceed it. It was by chance that I did but that was my choice. The after care service that they've thrown in is fabulous. These guys are really knowledgeable. I've shopped in there before having my rings cleaned and they've always been really friendly. I purposely chose to return there because of this and they didn't disappoint. I'd happily shop there again and again, I'd recommend them to anyone and I do!
