   cannot recommend Helen Markham Jewellery highly enough. After hand surgery, my wedding and eternity rings no longer fit, and I was understandably anxious about what could be done, especially as my wedding ring has diamonds all the way around, which makes resizing particularly tricky. From the moment I met Helen, I felt completely at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, and never once rushed me into making difficult decisions. She took the time to explain all my options clearly and gave me plenty of space to think things through, which I really appreciated. Helen resized my eternity ring, and the workmanship is absolutely flawless. You genuinely cannot see where the ring has been made larger, it looks as good as new. Her attention to detail and skill are exceptional. What truly sets Helen apart is how she went above and beyond. Completely off her own back, she made me three silver bands to help compress my ring finger on my operated hand, allowing me to wear my wedding ring comfortably again. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. Communication throughout was excellent, prices were very competitive, and Helen was friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional at every step. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with sentimental and valuable jewellery, Helen Markham Jewellery is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation.

   Absolutely over then moon with the work Helen has done for me, the finished result exceeded expectations. I asked for my grandma's wedding ring to be redesigned into a wedding ring for myself as the original was to wide for me. Helen actually made 2 rings, one from the engraved end cuts from the original ( her idea ) aswell as redesigning the actual ring with a celtic knot design. Helen kept me updated throughout the process and is genuinely a lovely lady, would highly recommend her x
