Do not test equipment before use. Jet washer handle was already broke before we turned it on As we returned it possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received left me in disgust. Never AGAIN !!!
Came to speedy hire this morning for some Radios. Ended up with a long stand. A really long stand. 563 staff and not one with a mouth that works. Funny old place. Almost felt like it was self service.
Ignored by the staff in store who were sat round chatting. No one acknowledged us. 1st time I have experienced this in the trade.
