   I Made an order for two OG Kebabs with two portions of chips. This was to be delivered to an address which isn't that far from the restaurant. When the food arrived and hour later all the food was cold to the touch. It isn't easy to warm up an OG Kebab as it contains salad. This order was either sitting in the restaurant waiting for a delivery driver, or the driver had a number of deliveries and mine was last. This completely ruined my experience with this restaurant and I think I may go elsewhere ant try another restaurant. Thank you for your response.... but what further information would assist you... the food was cold, there was no heat within the small amount of meat!

   This was one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had! The staff were so kind, and we even received free donuts just for complimenting the food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming—I’ll definitely be coming back.

   Normally a fan of GDK but big let down after ordering via just eat. Food arrived cold. Two meals ordered however no sauces for either. Boss box meal with out the box. Ordered 6 spring rolls mix, got only 2. No feta on the veggie meal as requested and paid for as an addition and also very sceptical there was extra meat on the box meal either which was also added. Also found a large bone in one of the beef spring rolls. Very disappointing from the chelmsford branch whose care and standards are doing the franchise no favours. Only way to raise this is via the app and then unknown wait for an email. Not really good enough.

   Went in GDK first time since disappeared of 'Pizza Huts'. Went in to order a meal set plus cheese with jalapeño bites plus add melted cheese. So, when the staff bring my order and eat it that taste is so fantastic also kebab not taste like original 'fish & chips'. The rooms look more space and atmosphere! When I thought to taking a photos for Google reviewing as the two staffs looking and concerned why I taking photos then I explain to take for Google reviewing then both quick beams and happy. Will back again to eat something. 10/10

   Great food. First time we have been and wanted to see how they compare to kebabs from Germany and wasn't let down! Great choice and amazing packaging too which all complimented the great taste. Definitely will be back.

   I must say this was the worst experience I have had in the long time. If I could give 0 stars I would . This is so unfortunate as I know the brand and was really looking forward having it in Chelmsford. I have walked in at 10:15pm and tried to order using the self checkout machine . This was not possible as the payment machine was not working. After struggling for 15 mins with no help from the staff I have decided to order on the counter .I have been told that there is only chicken left now as they are closing at 11pm. This differ from the Google which states 1am ! I have seen one person in front of me complaining about the speed of the service but didn’t really think much of it . After 10 mins I have politely asked how long my 2 kebabs gonna take. I have been promised that they are doing everything they can . I could clearly see the 3 members of staff in the kitchen not urging nor speeding up . Instead they were laughing and talking to each other . Absolutely not bothered that I have waited 15 mins now for 2 kebabs. I was the only customer and there was 5 members of staff in total. Two other ladies came after me and tried to order and they have been told there is no more meat and offered veggie kebab instead . Ladies asked what is it made off and staff shrugged off and said vegetables ? Ladies couldn’t believe that they were not aware of ingredients in the vegan option. After the longest 22 mins I have received my order and received 1 extra spring roll ! I absolutely didn’t want any extra food just a simple speed and easy of transaction . I came home and I was disgusted with the food. The entire bag , boxes and spring rolls were swimming in the oil . The chicken was made of the last offcuts and fat . It was chewy , wobbly and frankly after few bites this whole thing went into the bin . This has really put me off this place and unfortunately although I was a big fan before I would not recommend this place - at least not the Chelmsford one . Such a shame !!!

   This restaurant is great for anyone who likes this type of fast food. As the Chelmsford site has only just opened i thought we should give it a try The staff were polite and helpful, even if the self service machines are not working at the time if my visit. The kitchen is viewable at the tills, so you can see how clean the food prep area is. I went with the family and we all tried different things from the menu. We sat in and it seems that every table has plug sockets with USB so you can charge your device whilst sitting there. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the music was too loud for sensible conversation, but i reckon this will change as they are still finding their feet. The food was delicious and served at the table very hot, so hot in fact that i need to let mine cool before it was at a temperature that i preferred. I had the big boss box, which didn't come in a box as we were eating in. But there was a lot on the tray. The meat was delicious and not too greasy. The salad was fresh and crunchy, their flat bread was very nice and made a significant improvement of the dry pitta most kebab shops use, and the sauces bought the whole thing together. I had the hot and spicy fries and whilst not tongue tingling for me, the family thought they were hot enough, but i paired mine with the complimentary hot sauce and this was great. I also had the kebab spring rolls, new concept to me, but i was pleasantly surprised with the taste and would order again, although due to the nature of the product the outside was a little greasy. The area i think needs improvement is with the soft drinks. I get that the cans and bottles are great for recycling and the environment, but they were expensive and you only had one size option and when eating a meal and talking with friends or family either a large option or refills wouldn't go amiss in my opinion. The kids tried the Kebab panini's and these were large and very full and more than enough for them. The long suffering spouse had the burger and again the salad was fresh and the meat was hot and very tasty. The final point I wanted to make is the hand wipes are massive and last a long time, putting them lines of KFC to shame. Overall we had a great quick meal from GDK, and will be visiting again.
