Rip off at the till, scanning the expensive bag twice and ignoring the discounted prices. I only realised it after returning home. Everyone please be aware of this and check your bills at the till.

My mother and myself visited the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Center this afternoon, and called into Cath Kidston to look for a gift. Wow!! What terrible service we received; not at all what you would expect from one of their representatives. There were 3 staff behind the counter, one of whom was trying to tie a scarf on a dummy, the other two were watching. We waited patiently but no one made a move to serve us. We eventually said 'excuse me' to attract their attention. The young girl that eventually responded was sullen, hostile and made us feel very uncomfortable. I have visited other stores and found the staff to be extremely helpful and approachable; what on earth is going on at the Cheshire Oaks store? We certainly wont be hurrying back.
Visited Friday 6th May and was digusted to see how dirty the store was. I accidentially dropped something onto the floor and as I went to pick it up thick dust littered the air. The floor was filthy. Thick dust under the clothes rails and racks that was piled high thick in the corners. It was truly disgusting. Dust carries germs and by the state of affairs it would seem that the store hasn't been properly cleaned for sometime.
Quite a large store with a good selection of reasonably priced items. Includes, child section, womens wear and home. I bought a pink leather floral make up bag which, was only £18. Store staff were friendly and answered any questions I had.

Absolutely loving the new Disney range especially the Snow White and Alice in Wonderland range. The guinea pig range is really cute too.
