   I had a lovely experience when trying on a dress. the women that worked there kindly went and had a look in the back to see if they had my size in a dress I wanted because the dress I tried on was to big. I would recommend this shop

   Don’t bother with this shop totally unreasonable and don’t want to know. Plenty of other shops and brands where they understand customer service and aren’t rude.

   Just popped in to the Cheshire oaks store and the blonde haired male manager was not very helpful at all , lovely young girl with long brown hair was lovely,the manager needs to get some tips from her on service .

   Don't get me wrong the clothes here and the prices are great . But today in store the man if you could call him a man !!! He was really rude , if like most people we have to go in with our children but when my daughter was next to the window maniquin he shouted is that your daughter . In which my husband replied yes he then said get her out of the window then !! What a prxck I don't think we needed to be spoken to like that because at the end of the day she was she only looking at a dress . If staff like that don't like there job then they should go somewhere else, possibly somewhere that does not involve dealing with people spending money !!!!! Really annoyed will never go back !!!!!!!
