I am obsessed with Chinese food and this is always hand downs the tastiest Chinese food I’ve ever had. Amazing service and lovely staff. Food was served in literally 5 minutes. Lovely lovely food. You get what you pay for! Absolutely lush.
We went to the restaurant to have our Christmas dinner today. Service was good, food was tasty . Schezwan prawn was too sweet.Everything is overpriced for the quantity they are serving . A bowl of soup they have charged 8 pound ,the same soup in Amaysia we get in half price with same taste..They kept 2 bowl of prawn crackers( we did not ask) , we thought it's complementary. As in other chinese dine in restaurant it was complementary. But it was charged separately. Then we asked chilli oil which is very basic sauce for chinese food. They have charged for that as well which is really disappointing. Then we ordered 2 platters thinking it's 12 pounds each but they added in bills 24 pounds each and mentioned later it was 4 portion . Which they should have informed us while ordering. I will definitely not recommend.
Over town checking out the Xmas markets but we wanted a Chinese called in to 1 we had been to before in it was full, so thought we would try this place out , food was ok but not very big portions in my opinion. I paid the service charge but I would rather they put the food price up than have this .
This is a wonderful place to eat. All the staff are really friendly. I have visited a couple of times now and although it is always super busy, the staff always make time for you and will greet you with a smile. The food is prepared fresh and is hot, and quite quickly in my opinion. The prices are also reasonably priced for a sit-down Chinese restaurant as well. Would recommend to eat here.
The location is great cos it’s in the city centre. Clean and clearly has a lot of patronage. However, I didn’t really enjoy the food. I ordered a house special fried rice and it was a bit dry with no sauce. The staff are great but need to pay more attention to customer. The prices are affordable so overall it’s a good place.
Third time having dinner at this restaurant and I still can’t fault them. The staff work so hard and still keep such a pleasant smile. Very welcoming and tolerant. I will always recommend them. Keep on this great service. Great food and great service.
Best Chinese restaurant in Newcastle for sure. Great service, welcoming atmosphere and superb tasting food. Good Christmas banquets and set meal options available. Looking forward to my next visit already! 10/10 amazing.
Visited this restaurant a handful of times and it is officially my go-to chinese restaurant in town. The food is brilliant, the staff are amazing and very hospitable. A good (but maybe bad thing) is that I cannot pick out my specific favourite part about my experience being here - everything is just superb and have made some fantastic memories just from being here. Always waiting for the next time I visit this restaurant again!
