Had a couple of good meals here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food has been lovely each time. Good wine list.
Myself and a friend attended this restaurant after reading some of the reviews. What a mistake. After arriving we were showed to our seats which were in a narrow part of the restaurant between the two main dining areas. We then moved to a free table in the main area as the restaurant was still quite early on a Saturday evening. After ordering a drink and food we waited 45 minutes before asking a staff member how long it would take? He was very unhelpful and didn’t give a direct answer. We finished our drink then asked again but again no direct answer and was dismissive of our complaints. The manager was of similar tone also. We were so appalled we asked for our money back and left. My advice is avoid this place. Terrible.
Amazing food and service! Quality of food is excellent. Ordered carbonara, pepperoni pizza, wings, and lemon cheesecake thingy. Everything was so good. Would highly recommend!
Made a point of coming back here as we remembered our amazing meal from last year. Just as delicious again and staff are lovely too. Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and outstanding food.
The food was good and the servers were attentive. We came from the train station and we were able to put our luggage by the front door. Happy hour dinner specials were very reasonable. Two and three course meals on sale.
Enjoyed my meal at Insieme, the food arrived quickly and was well presented. Overall a good experience and i would happily re visit.
Nice cosy restaurant with superb food, near the train station, not far from city centre. The chef delivered probably the best version of Fettuccine with an amazing sauce that I have tasted up to today. Stake Diane very tender, with sauce close to perfection. Friendly and helpful serving staff. Nice, cosy decoration at the front sector, plain uninspiring deco at the back. Cold draft coming from the inlet where the food lift is situated. Head waiter who took 35 minutes to come and get the order and used a dismissive answer when asked about it. Ignore him and wait for the chef to deliver his magic.
The food and atmosphere were both quite good, but the wait time for the server to take our order was horrendous. Thankfully, the food partially redeemed that unpleasant experience.
Absolutely stunning, hidden gem. Food is a super high standard, delicious and well presented. Staff are lovely and service brilliant. Restaurant decor and atmosphere is perfect. Certainly highly recommend a visit... Thank me later...5 ⭐ !!!
My friends took me here last night for a pre birthday celebration meal. None of us had eaten here before but reviews were good so we decided to go and glad to say we were not disappointed. Great food and drinks menu and a cozy atmosphere all counts for a great evening catching up over delicious food. My choice for starters was the patte, followed by my favourite main in an Italian (but something I rarely have as I'm trying to loose a few pounds), namely pasta carbonara which was simply nothing short of exquisite. Dessert was a delicious Italian gateaux which was a treat in itself. Great drink choices too. I enjoyed more than a few double pink gins. Service was flawless and management and staff very friendly. We will definitely make a return visit here
