   Stopped in before flight, friendly staff and beautifully packaged macaroons. I tried an assortment of eight and really enjoyed the golden macaroons!

   Very nasty cashier girl , I was there November 9 at around 7am and as soon as we stepped into the store the girl with dark brown/ blackish hair rolled her eyes up as if she was irritated, therefore I left , I hadn’t even ordered anything yet, but I saw her nasty attitude and left, do not go to this store in terminal 3… I know without a shadow of a doubt its because I am black, American black, this racism is pathetic, if your black avoid this store, spread the word.

   Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff member at Ladurée (Heathrow Terminal 3) today. The level of professionalism did not reflect the refined image usually associated with this luxury brand — especially as it is known for much more gracious service in our region. It felt personal and unwelcoming. I hope this is addressed seriously by the management.

   Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)
