   Today I experienced rude service from the tills (002) behind the counter. The woman was really rude, and this happened at 14:35 pm (2nd December 2025) i asked her if she would take of the coat hangers even though normal primark stores offer to take them of for individuals and she had a really rude tone of voice towards me. This is not the first time she has done this. She also was acting the same way with me last week, when i handed her change from my money to pay for my shopping. As soon as i handed her the change she had a massive sigh on her like she was annoyed for no reason even though money is money.

   Store itself is reasonable just cheap clothing, great if you're on a budget but the quality has gone down quickly. The basics are there are good but you've got sift through tat. Problem is staff. everyone has a bad day occasionally and can be a blunt but theres no need to be antagonistic and rude, I would forgive a one-off occasion but its frequent.

   Ok. But always busy with customers clogging up the spaces between the racks of clothes. The number of times you have to say 'Excuse me' as a customer is blocking the aisles is unbelievable. Not much choice for the plus size.

   I was looking for mini mouse Teddy and asked a lady called kerry for help. She had a look in the back but wasn't any. She had a look on the system to look for when delivery would be in. She then said she would put one to side for me which when I returned like I said I would she had one waiting for me. I really think she went above and beyond as this is for a gift for someone Who wanted this

   Love Primark but this store doesn't seem to have much choice in ladies clothes. Some strange styles at the moment. Sick of seeing crop tops! Not everyone wants their bellies on show 24/7!
