   Fantastic place. Great value. Great staff and plenty of choice. Just bought a replacement built in double oven which they delivered to us and we are very happy with it.    This company go beyond 5 star service. They are highly personable and customer focused. Providing cost effective appliances for your home, going the extra mile to make certain you are happy with the purchase. From ordering to delivery and custom installation, nothing was too much trouble. Arrived on time and v communicative. Delighted with fully functioning washing machine and fridge freezer.

   Customer service emails were poor, I had to chase for delivery information, when I did get replies they were often 1 liners with no customer service skills. So have knocked off 1 star for this. Delivery and installation was great, couldn’t fault the guy who removed my old appliance and installed the new one. I would still use them again as I believe recycling products so they don’t go to landfill when nothing is wrong with them is a great idea.

   The dishwasher we bought was ex demo.The installation was tricky due to the layout of our kitchen but the guy was happy to put in the extra effort until it was fully installed (something large companies would not be prepared to do). Turned up when they said, easy to deal with and a real bargain. Would buy from there again.

   Bought 2 appliances a cooker and a washing machine, both were well priced and a lot cheaper than anywhere else. They arrived on the arranged delivery date in good order. Throughout the whole experience they were in constant communication both by phone and email and I found them to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
