I rang them up at short notice and they were very accomodating. They provided such a fantastic service and the final product was amazing. When the driver dropped the flowers off I was so surprised because it was such a wonderful bouquet and the size was incredible. I think this is such a fantastic business and I will be coming back. Be aware when ordering over the phone they use the same name for different bouquets. I was very clear about what I wanted, and didn't want, even directed the girl to it on the web page, instead she searched it and selected another bouquet with the same name. Was gutted when I collected them for the bouquet to be everything had said I didn't want. The mark of a good company is how they behave when things go wrong. I had to take the flowers, there was no time to get anymore, the ones I wanted were special order, so knew I couldn't ask for a refund, but was taken aback to be told that the bouquet was more appropriate than what I ordered, how rude. Emailed the shop manager to leave feedback about how upset I was, expecting an apology and an assurance they would make sure it didn't happen to anyone else. Instead I got a patronising email about how 90% of people would have chosen the bouquet they made and that they survived lock down???
