Ordered a new integrated fridge freezer last week and yesterday it arrived and was installed in the afternoon. What a great service given its Christmas week. Thankyou so much. Such a great job.
Today, we had a new dryer installed by Steve and his team. The service from the outset has been 10*. They were beyond respectful of our new kitchen, and were so careful when removing and installing. A previous company caused so much damage so I had lost faith, but Bright Ideas were the polar opposite, and their service was been top draw. We certainly will be returning when we need to buy another appliance.
I prefer to support local businesses. My washing machine broke so replaced it with a new one from Bright Ideas. Excellent friendly service from ordering to delivering.

Last week my dishwasher packed up and I needed a new one as it was beyond repair. I called in to Bright ideas and spoke to Alex. He recommended a good make and model and ordered it for me. He attended today and fitted it for me. He was polite, courteous and above all very professional as it was not an easy job. Yesterday I purchased a Tower Compact Air Fryer - amazing I cooked a pork chop which tasted delicious, very tender and succulent - and I look forward to an expensive winter using this economy method of cooking.

Needed a new dishwasher. Bright ideas very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to choose. Went for a bosch as I had one before and happy with it. Quick delivery given bank holiday. Pricing was a little more than internet sites but when factor in cost of installation was only marginal difference. Having read some reviews of installation nightmares I was glad I chose Bright ideas. Friendly and took time to install. As it was an integrated unit it was a bit tricky and took a bit longer. Installation was very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them. Great job thanks.
