   Would give zero if I could. Warren just left my house after doing a boiler and fire service. Whilst doing the boiler in the kitchen he has knocked off a wall shelf with all my wedding denby dining service on which has resulted in half of it smashed , about £250 worth. He never even apologised and then had the cheek to blame the shelf ( been there for at least 6 years and twice when he has been before) . Very disappointed and devastated about my denby ware and also that Warren didn’t offer to make amends.

   Our old Gloworm LPG boiler was on its lasts legs, failed and needed replacing. I contacted The Gas Showroom via the Worcester-Bosch website and Warren replied within a few hours and was out the same day to quote. We agreed to go with TGS on the Thursday afternoon and the boiler was replaced two days later (Saturday). The price was competitive with others that we had for the same system. Both fitters were excellent, no mess left and just pleased to be back up and running so quickly.
