Absolute set of time wasters working here!!!!! Ordered a TV online that said it would be available for click and collect after 1 hour only to turn up and have them say its not arrived and we might have an email about it??? Email found in junk mail. How can you say it would be ready to collect on the website and not have it available?! Boyfriend spoke with some smarmy waste of space guy and we asked to just pick up a different TV and pay the difference but no apparently nobody in the shop is able to make an exchange like that?! We are literally trying to pay for a more expensive TV just so it can be taken home the same day and you made it impossible. False advertisement. Rubbish customer service. Zero apology given for wasting peoples time. I will never stop telling people to avoid this shop, absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.

I've always had a positive experience of sales at this store and our recent visit to buy a dishwasher was no exception. We were served by Nibras whose knowledge of the product and the various options she detailed were impressive. Her communication was very clear and took the stress out of buying a high value product, at no point did we fell unduly pressurised to buy the extras offered but the way they were explained to us, it made total sense to go with them. Nibras was friendly throughout and pitched her approach just right I would give her 10 stars if it was possible. Well done: two more very happy customers,

Not enough staff diversity in the store which makes me question local managementβs hiring practices. Something seems off. Everyone working seemed to be of 1 race and they all seemed to be unified in lacking basic customer service. Itβs a shame because the store is sizeable but Curryβs really need to investigate, Iβm going to make a formal complaint because something is definitely wrong.

Called today with the intention of upgrading my nieceβs iPhone after much research. The store was empty. I can only say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man who was asked to help us had absolutely no interest in selling us anything! There was no greeting, no pleasantries or anything. In fact he looked bored the whole time and it seemed like everything was too much trouble. We had difficulties backing up the phone etc and he offered no help or advice whatsoever. In the end I told him that we would leave and take our customer elsewhere ~ probably to Apple where customer service is outstanding! He agreed that they were more able to help than he was! This has always been my go to store for electrical good, but never again.

The customer service is appalling. The guys that work here behave like theyβre working in a warehouse. Talking to one another by shouting across the store. I have visited this store a number of times. Despite the large number of employees, it takes a rather long time to find someone to help. and each time I have needed help in the phone dept. The workers that do come over eventually look as though they canβt be bothered.

Each time I visit this particular store I tend to have a decent experience. My most recent visit was to purchase a set of gaming headphones and was no different. The lad working in the gaming department knew his stuff, was polite, friendly and put my order through in a different department to save joining a huge queue.

Popped in here, firstly to trade in my laptop which I was quoted a price for online, and then to look at buying one. Trade in was easy enough and after quickly checking it over they sent a gift card to me by email which I could use instantly. There appears to be a few laptops on sale at the minute and I found a couple I liked. The member of staff I spoke with was unexpectedly knowledgeable and even knew the differences between the various types of i5 processor. Iβve not bought a computer for a while and although I did a bit of research I was glad somebody could help fill in the knowledge gaps. Only annoyance is that they did not have the laptop I bought in stock so it has had to be ordered.

First off this is a huge store! However the available stock is limited and appears it needs to be ordered rather than pick up the same day. Secondly the wait time was painfully slow first person who was serving left and then handed over to someone else who then disappeared for ages eventually coming back with little to no enthusiasm to do the job all in all this is likely a good showroom if you want to see the item in person but maybe ring or check online if they actually have what you want on the day.

For such a large unit, it was surprising how few products there were of any given type for me to compare between. I specifically wanted to compare computer monitors the last time I visited and despite their reputation, I left feeling underserved due to the paltry half shelf of stock I had to browse.
