Asked a member of staff if they could locate a certain item for me. I shown her a photo on my phone and she instantly said they didnt have that item in stock and the website is lying. Luckily I spotted what I needed soon as I was leaving the store. Poor customer service.
I was absolutely fuming it had been a nice day of shopping when me my daughter my wife and mother in law decided to go into primark we picked up a few things then as we were leaving the security guard acused my mother in law of stealing she is 86 just for the record that's when he ran at her and proceeded to tackle her to the ground and punch her repeatedly in the face he looked around 600 pounds very rude will never go again
Not happy with the service I have received here. I was using a one4 all card to buy my items, the lady said it had not gone through but the money had been taken from my account. This all happened on the 9th of November so 16 days ago I was advised this would go back on to the card, this was over two weeks ago. I have been back into the store and spoke to the manager 9 days ago who assured me this would be sorted within a week as this is generally how long it takes and they would keep me updated. I have not received a phone call from them and I have been trying to call the store for 4 days now with no answer. I live 25-30 minutes away from the store and have already been back once about this. I am wasting my fuel trying to get this sorted. Looks like another trip there because I am still yet to hear from them
Came here last week with my own bag and went to buy leggings, Got to the till as I realised I had cash and the lady was so slow causing huge long ques for no reason, Anyhow she tried to patronise me by asking for the bag to price and I had told her it was mine and I could prove it by one cluck of cctv of me walking in so I was very confident. She then waste more time and calls security and the manager over and after 20 minutes stood in the que. She went so red and apologised and I honestly think she was a jobsworth and makes primark look Slow, I understand you have to pay for bags but that's why they are also reusable for people to bring back in and REUSE. Please sort your staff out there's literally bigger shoplifters about them someone trying to steal a poxy bag !!

Busy, not enough tills, long queue. Extremely hot to the point you feel sick. Wouldn't recommend at weekend
Poor customer service. Staff need training on how to deal with faulty goods. After giving up, I returned them to the trafford centre store who were a lot more helpful and gave me a full refund.
When I visited this Primark I expect it to be much bigger with how the shopping centre is built. The Primark is made up of 2 floors and is very small. This means there are only limited products available and limited sizes for all items. There are large sections of sale products that you can easily look around for a bargain, and staff are available around the store if you need help. I just feel like the other bigger primarks have more to offer and newer lines unfortunately.
