We just had breakfast here and it was incredible. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We had the Cocotte Chorizo or build your own omelette. Went back a few days later for dinner and a bottle of wine and it did not disappoint. If you are in the area this is a great place.

Hidden gem in the heart of the city, reasonably priced, authentic French cuisine. Meals are tasty, a simple selection with a good range to suit most appetites. I really enjoy that it's not a cookie cutter chain where you get the same food as every other place. Staff are polite and attentive without being pushy, restaurant is clean and well presented. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area, or specifically looking for traditional French fare, but not for the insta crowd (you can decide if thats a pro or con). I love the chalk on the tables to keep you entertained!

This was our first visit and it was wonderful. As a family we were looking for a special place to celebrate my husband's birthday and as it turned out also my daughter's uni result. Maddy looked after us beautifully and a big shout out for her, as my daughter is coeliac and when she asked Maddy to take a photo using her phone Maddy washed her hands first as she'd just been handling bread. My daughter was so touched by her thoughtfulness. Also she was taken through the menu and advised what she could and couldn't eat - there were plenty of options to choose from. Then when we enjoyed bread and butter at the start, they brought a separate butter and specially cooked gluten free bread for my daughter. It just made the whole evening so enjoyable and relaxing for everyone. Then a quiet word with Maddy and a candle was placed on the choc pot and madeleines that we ordered for dessert for my husband so we could sing him happy birthday. The food was extremely high quality. I believe the snails were exceptional. But not one of us was left disappointed by anything we chose. The menu is very French and my husband is already plotting his return with a friend of his. Thank you to the team for making it a really special evening and delicious too!

First time here and had a very good evening meal. Quiet on the weekend as hidden away on a side street and in a part of London that is quite weekends. Food is french themed and was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

MAGNIFIQUE French food. My slow cooked Beef cheeks, Bourguignon style with snails was soooooooo good. My friend breast of Duck dish with red wine pear and spinach was very good too. I am dreaming to come back and try the famous Steak Tatare ( I took a picture from next door table). The deserts are superb too. The service is good. The prices are very reasonable.

First time at this newly opened branch of Gazette restaurant. Nice stylish place, lovely ambiance, top notched service and amazing food. Everything from foie gras and escargots to onion soup to desserts was just out of this world! Especially traditional way of serving beef tartare and mixing it in front of us is such a unique experience which you wouldn’t find elsewhere. All together it creates an ultimate french dinner.
