   Terrible customer service. Staff very unhelpful and basically told my husband and myself to go elsewhere for a quote eg Al Murad. We went to look for a granite kitchen worktop. The guy said we stopped doing granite years back. Then he and his female colleague said quartz is better. The lady said do you like any, I will give you a rough quote. So I went and selected a quartz worktop. The lady said oh, that’s the most expensive one- that’s £3,200. We were waiting for to give us a more accurate quote / move to the next step. Instead she just said if you don’t want whole kitchen it’s better to go Al murad as they do quotes. Felt like we were pushed out despite being genuinely interested customers. I rang the branch in birstall who said they do granite and said we can come in to view samples. Avoid Dewsbury branch!! Lazy staff who don’t want to work!

   Very good at design our kitchen but delivered it too early have to wait 3 weeks to have it fitted and various parts all over house and appliances in our kitchen just about move about but not safe

   To whom concern. Am a kitchen fitter, who deals with the wrong material sometimes, today I wanted to swap a 300mm base unit for a 400mm, it is not even damaged or anything happened to the product, if it was any other merchant, they would swap it with a great attitude. But today I came across the harshest and most rude staff of Howdens, who said they can't swap it for me, despite being a polite and nice customer, I promise never to go to Howdens whether my clients or myself. It's a shame that a great supplier like Howdens hires unprofessional staff. Peace out, Osama,

   Absolutely over the moon with my howdens kitchen i cant praise the Dewsbury store enough all the staff were so friendly and helpful but i have to mention Alan from my very first visit he's been amazing his knowledge and expertise are fantastic so helpful if i could give more stars i would have done !

   Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. The person that designed our kitchen was fantastic. From coming to our home to create a plan down to making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We made a few alterations which the designer was happy and patient about. Very polite and friendly. Amazing experience!
