I had a faulty INDESIT tumble dryer and needed an address change, customer service was brilliant, im not confident on the phone but Lucy did everything she could to help me on Friday, and thank you Anna for finalising the visit for repair for me today , we'll done and thank you again ,
Bought a new oven bent rear panel, clearly been dropped and bent in feet. 1st told I have to buy display model so asked for a discount, then told actually they have more in stock so no I can't. Never shopping there again. Avoid at all cost.
Called in for a vaccum, no one came over to help after looking at staff that i need help… eventually went to to ask for help (bare in mind all staff were stood doing nothing) then was met by a member of staff not knowing anything about a vacuum who passed me onto some else and threw the vacuum across the floor and both staff were laughing. i found it quite rude, unprofessional and no knowledge. not impressed unfortunately. i recommend going to the halifax branch, such lovely & great service.
Looking for an upgrade on my phone but the woman helping didn't know how to operate the the app. Maybe she was new but kept calling manager which dragged
I experienced extremely poor customer service at this establishment. The manager, Nas, demonstrated unprofessional and dismissive behaviour throughout my interaction. She was argumentative, evasive, and appeared to have little to no understanding of consumer rights or relevant legislation. When presented with a faulty product issue, she attempted to deflect responsibility using misleading information rather than offering a reasonable resolution. Her conduct was unacceptable for someone in a managerial position. I strongly advise others to avoid this business if they value honest and respectful customer service. Zero stars and a formal complaint HAS been raised.
Couldn't view the TV I wanted to compare. No TV stands in stock. Went home and ordered online. They were only interested in selling add ons in store. Saved myself £220
I required a replacement for a faulty office shredder previously purchased at the Keighley store. Was served by Staff Member Chris Whiteoak who efficiently provided a replacement. He was totally professional and thoroughly competent. This staff menber deserves high praise and a commendation for his service to me. He is an excellent ambassador for your company.
Was told by their Customer Service dept to return Fitbit (bought as Xmas gift) to store for exchange as broken strap. Was told that strap replacement is done direct with Fitbit! Staff were willing to do exchange but as purchased end Nov was now too late!! What a waste of time.
Avoid at all costs. I went in today to buy a vacuum cleaner. They didn’t have the one I wanted, but the sales assistant, Ana was helpful in finding an alternative. She took the payment (part gift card, part cash), then everything, customer service, customer care, the lot, all fell apart. They were able to take the payment from the gift cards and my debit card, then an error came up that said they couldn’t complete the transaction. By now, my gift cards have been redeemed and the cash is out of my bank account. She basically said there was nothing they could do and I should speak with the manager. He was about as useful as a limp noodle. Apart from giving me zero reassurance that my money would be refunded back to my bank account or the gift cards, he even had stupidity to suggest I pay AGAIN (full amount, never mind where’s my gift cards) for the same item. They clearly have no sense or care for customer service, common sense or professionalism. Thats my custom lost.
The shop assistant was very good. I got what I went for at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant drive to the store. All good so far. If the laptop I bought, does its job. I am a happy customer for sure.
