   I bought a pair of site womens safety boots via click and collect but also returned a pair that were too big. No problems at all the gentleman explained paypal refunds can take a little longer., which was no problem. Very friendly and polite. I visited 13th March early morning in and out in minutes.

   Not great, I've always rated Screwfix but the iPad style catalogue is beyond rubbish, makes it difficult to find what for looking for unless you know the exact description. Walked out, went to JACS and got what I wanted. I'll use click and collect next time or browse online for the stock numbers if I go back.

   I used the store for the first time but I have shopped online for a couple of things in the past. The young man who served me ,Thomas,was very helpful and very cheerful. The store and how it works reminded me of how Argos works. I was able to get the item that i needed at a very reasonable price. There was ample parking too, which is always good. The store is straight in front of you at the bottom of the hill and can't be missed. I didn't know we has a Screwfix in Skipton and I'm pleased that there is. Although it's on the small industrial estate,I feel its well worth a visit.

   Second time I have ordered click & collect from Skipton & the second time I have had absolutely fantastic service. From entering the premises to a cheery hello from all the staff to getting served as quickly as possible to having a member of staff advise you about any warranties etc, it is a pleasure to deal with this branch & I will do so as often as I can. S great big well done to the manager & all the staff
