   Never noticed this place until recently. Visited a few weeks ago as I was intrigued by the clothes in the window. Affordable, decent clothing especially compared to other designer brands that offer nothing other then a name on a blank t-shirt. Was welcomed by a bloke (I think called Tom) who was very friendly and helpful. Proceeded to buy a few items but wasn’t until later I noticed the jacket was too small. Returned recently to switch it for a size up, the woman on the front desk was helpful and held one for me when they restocked the next day. Didn’t pay anything extra.

   I bought I shirt for my son as a present. Ten minutes later I tried to return it (unopened, with the receipt) because he saw another one he preferred at a different shop. The manager at Luke told me that offering a refund is against the policy and I could only have an exchange. This is unlawful and extremely poor customer service. I will never shop from Luke 1977 again.

   Bought the item which I had a credit note on me they told me that I can only use this only the shop which you bought the stuff from and also its valid only 6 months fair enough which I did now they saying I can't use this credit note on the sale item too.they still have same old stuff which I went last six months nothing new.please check return policy with this shop
