   Stopped by here yesterday (stopped by being about 3 hours!). A visit to The Shoe Healer is like a visit to a familiar friends home (one who shares your enthusiasm for shoes!). You simply cannot find a more honest crowd than those who work at The Shoe Healer. Their years of experience, passion for their craft and understanding of customer needs is remarkable. They do not push products onto you, yet are readily available to explain every detail of every shoe they sell or repairs they offer. Above all, this place is more than just a shop. It feels like a gathering hub for like-minded individuals. Do yourself a favour and visit.

   Fast, responsive customer service. I would buy from the Shoe Healer again. My orders were shipped out from the UK on Thursday, arrived in Seattle on Sunday, and delivered to me by Monday afternoon. Shipping was free, plus 20% VAT removed, plus a 30% special discount - even got a protective cover sole put on prior to shipping (saves me a trip & long wait at my local cobbler). I am so happy with my new Trickers; they are super comfortable to wear! Thank you!!!

   Another top class repair, with a pair of Trickers resoled with a Vibram 'Gumlite' sole. Paul has transformed the once heavy and underused 35-40 year old shoes, into something that I can both wear with pride, and comfort! The quality of the repair - resole, is something that looks like it has just left the factory, or better. I cannot praise the honest and quality service high enough. Thank you again for first class service, Paul especially.

   I took a pair of boots I'd ruined in to these guys just before Xmas. They, not me, weren't happy with the outcome of their first attempt to salvage them They offered me suggestions and solutions at no extra cost I might add. I trusted in their expertise and I have to say I'm happier with the boots now than when I originally bought them. First class service, I strongly recommend you check these guys out.

   Had a great experience here when I called in for the very first time, The owner went into great detail chatting to me and my daughter who was with me. I purchased a pair of Baker brown brogues at a very good price. Was providing with polish, brushes and even a spare set of laces.    Have been meaning to visit the Shoe Healer for 10 years!! I see them at the Lincolnshire Show most years and always promise myself to make the effort to travel to ‘Donny’ to see their full range. I finally went on Saturday. From the moment I arrived with the offer of a coffee as soon as I walked in……… to being shown where you can park conveniently in the nearby loading only areas, the next time I visit. Awesome, friendly, professional, traditional, high quality, smart service. I will never buy another pair of ‘proper’ shoes from anywhere else. Fantastic…….

Paul. has such an eye for exact and perfect finishes Do not pay factory prices for re soles or heels 100% deal with Paul and the shoe healer.    This is the second pair of shoes I’ve had rebuilt by Shoe Healer in the past 5 years. The first was a pair of Barker . This is a pair of Mephisto which I’d worn to 3 years. They were dead, worn through but very comfortable. The photos below show the rebuild they did. The gents advised a Dainite sole. Incredible work! Thank you. I’ll be back time and again!
