   Went here last night after work with a faulty gaming pc and KALLAN sorted out a replacement from the Halifax branch would go there again the negative comments i have seen about this store is unbelievable they helped me alot and I would give you 10 stars if I could.    Had a worst experience yesterday, i went to pick my item . Staff was not helpful, not willing to communicate, gossiping, felt no sense of professionalism.bad customer care skills, they don’t help but moving around. They were all standing and talking to each other and not providing help to the customers.it shows irresponsibly behaviour and not enough communication.i have seen 2 ladies standing on counter and talking to each other and customers are standing in line. I had to interrupt a lady to say that help me out, it’s shocking that how they are dealing. Too many people employed in the store but they are there to walk around. If they’re not willing to help people why are they there?i would never order anything from curry and go back again

   Be careful! You might get scammed here. I was cheated out of £45 and they won't give me a refund. I selected an item, and they gave me a payment terminal at the checkout. I paid by card. The money was debited from my account. Then the manager turned something off, as if there was a malfunction, and told me to pay again. I needed these cartridges urgently, so I paid again. They haven't refunded my money, and it's been two days. It's not my problem, and it's not my fault. They'll talk about some rules of their own. The rule is simple: a cashier has no right to use a faulty cash register and has no right to offer a false service to a customer. They're using my money. Give me my money back!

   Absolutely shocking service from Shaun. I ordered an item online and when I went to collect it I was told I needed photo ID, this was not disclosed in any of the email confirmations. I went back the next morning only to be told that the order was cancelled with zero explanation provided and Absolutely no support on what I am able to do to resolve my issue. I then called the helpline and was told the store cancelled my order. There was a lady at the collection desk helping me first and then called her supervisor Shaun over, he has ZERO customer service skills and had no inclination to try and help resolve my issue.

   Bought a Bosch dishwasher here. The machine turned out to be damaged inside the box — likely dropped. Packaging was also scuffed, but staff wheeled it straight to my car, so I couldn’t inspect it properly. Currys promised collection within 14 days. No one came. No one contacted me. After 3 weeks of silence, I got a dismissive email from Sarah Paget (Customer Resolution Specialist) telling me I need to return it myself. So I did. Hauled a full-size dishwasher back to the store. Staff refused to process the return right away — said they’d “email someone and investigate.” Seriously? Still no refund. Zero communication. Terrible customer service, and no respect for people’s time or effort. Avoid if you don’t want to babysit your return for a month.

   It's a big store. Big car park. Other stores around so your shopping trip becomes more useful. Team is lovely. Barbara helped us with our returns and purchase, and she's a lovely and really wonderful person. I love it when the team members welcome you with true big smiles, and that's what she did. She was professional and knowledgeable and very keen to help. Thanks Barbara ❤️

   The staff were very helpful when I was ordering my drone it came in one day. Honestly kudos to most of the staff. The only problem with the staff is maybe they won’t know a product which is very fine. The manager or the guy behind the desk is very professional and his customer services is really high. He answered all my questions And was very patient because I was nervous buying a drone from the UK
