Having bought numerous appliances from this shop we wouldnt go anywhere else , fab service from start to finish , all the staff were friendly and helpful the delivery and installations spot on and available for any questions if needed afterwards , five star shop selling quality products.
Guy at the shop was amazing at translating to me how the oven I chose would change my outlook of modern digital things, professionally installed and the grill for special toast is absolutely next level! Thank you all at Euronics!
I went to this shop o the Saturday to buy fridge freezer was gold that it would definitely arrive on 10th /11th February when I received no phone call to say it was bringing delivery i rang up the person on the phone was so blazar wasn't the least bit interested that our freezer hadn't arrived in his shop wasnt interested that it had been promised on Such a date his customer service was appalling he just didn't care I would not recommend this shop ...
Absolutely appalled at the after sales Customer Service. Purchased a Smeg Range at a cost of £3500 which was delivered and found to be faulty. This was removed 4 days later so leaving us with no cooking facilities. The replacement was delivered 2 days after that with no offer of any sort of compensation for the inconvenience caused. No contact from the shop despite an email to them requesting a response from Smeg.
Friendly helpful knowledgeable staff, I wanted a 5 burner hob with the wok burner to the side instead of the middle where it was on my then current hob. Didn't think I was going to get one without paying £700 or £800, lo and behold they had one for the price I wanted to pay. It was delivered and installed yesterday very pleased with both my lovely new hob and the staff....

I wanted to actually look at some fridge freezers. Open and shut the door etc to feel the quality. You can't judge by looking at a photo. Here, they had a good choice, and we decided on a LG fridge freezer. The guy who looked after us was patient as it took me a while to decide. It was delivered at the time specified, and we are pleased with our choice.
Bought the white goods (fridge freezer, built in oven, washing machine and tumble dryer) for my first house from here. Guy that served me was great. He was polite, patient and answered the questions I had. He had great recommendations on the models and products in store, and wasn’t pushy. Prices were good, and I got free delivery and installation too which was fantastic!
Bought a tumble dryer, these guys helped me select the right one for my needs. A great family run business, staff are superb, no pushy salesmen here, prices are very competitive, and aftercare is fantastic. Highly recommend these guys.
