   I was really disappointed with my visit to The Original Factory Shop in Frodsham. The customer service was poor — staff were unhelpful and quite rude when I asked for assistance. The store itself was messy, with cluttered aisles and items on the floor, which made it unpleasant to shop. Definitely not the level of service or cleanliness I’d expect. I won’t be returning. If i could i would give them 0 stars.

   Great little shop for homeware and bits and bobs, you can always find a random gem you didn't know you needed too. Staff are always friendly and serve with a smile. Not bad sales for January also

   The Original Factory shop has a variety of goods from household, clothing, children's and footwear. There are a lot of items in this store but the staff do a good job of keeping it tidy. The staff are very helpful and thoughtful. Allowed me to use a trolley to take heavy items to the car. The items I purchased were good value for money and as I joined their Tofts club I receive a scratch card. Well done to them.

   Great for the essentials, sometimes you get a great selection of cat food and toys. Homeware and clothing are not my style, but I am not the main target demographic, anyway

   It was ok quality of the clothing isn't brilliant Staff young felt like they needed more training people skills! Car park very small could not park had to park on morrisons did get what I went for, however shall not be calling again.

   One of those shops that sells a little of everything! Definitely worth popping in if in the area as there are always good quality, fairly priced household items, toys, confectionery, stationery and there is a small range of men's, women's and children's clothes and footwear, many of which are good quality and nice materials. Good convenient parking or transport links and helpful staff. One of the best shops in the small town centre.
