Baby food store in Frodsham

“The Original Factory shop has a variety of goods from household, clothing, children's and footwear. There are a lot of items in this store but the staff do a good job of keeping it tidy. The staff are very helpful and thoughtful. Allowed me to use a trolley to take heavy items to the car. The items I purchased were good value for money and as I joined their Tofts club I receive a scratch card. Well done to them.”

“This used to be my favourite local pub, so I was sceptical. However, I can't disagree this new shop is wonderful. Most of all because of the friendly staff on the tills. The food from here is lovely, but the main reason I am commenting is because the customer service is beyond anything I’ve ever come across. Chris is fantastic, he’s so so friendly, funny. His communication and customer service skills are beyond anything I’ve come across. I only name him because I feel his employers should see what a fantastic member of staff they have! Honestly I chose to come here other than smaller or sometimes even larger shops just because of how friendly the staff are.”

The food is great and those who work there are amazing. It is good to go to a shop where you know everyone and they know you.
