    Prescription line is terrible never let you know if it's ready. Also really hard to talk to the shop, only option 3 allows you to get through but I've been trying all day and it either says to busy try again or rings for a few minutes and then cuts out and says busy trying later. For vulnerable people it's not good service, that's aimed at Boots the business not shop staff as they are nice.

    repeat Prescription:- no message to say it was ready (should get one. Spent over an hour trying to ring, one call lasted 5 mins with no answer but got through eventually.. When in store, phone constantly ringing but no one answered. Not enough staff. Looked like 2 in pharmacy and one lady I had never seen before serving customers but then they all got involved in filling prescriptions so everybody waiting and queue getting bigger. My prescription was ready as I had asked on phone (see previous comment). Service appalling.
