   Myself and my cats have been shopping here every week from October this year. Collette at the customer service desk calls for someone to help me. The food is great and those who work there are amazing. It is good to go to a shop where you know everyone and they know you. I would reccommend Tesco Frodsham Street to everyone who lives at or is visiting Chester.

   Firstly, i would give it lower if i could. There was this ginger lady on shift at 10pm, and as i checked out buying a full trolly of shopping she ids me for a bottle of red in-front of my partner who showed them she was well of age for said bottle. Just because i didnt provide my id she not only refused sale but also was giggling. Really unprofessional and quite rude if i must say.

   Watched a customer on seft checkout not scan some peanuts and put straight into bag and left without paying for article,noticed there were other items there and even security did nothing i walked out behind them to see if your security would act in any way also your alarm system didn't beep as I walked out,you really need to make sure security is doing there job,,as was a security guard and knew who was suspicious or not when leaving or entering the shop,I would of followed the person on C.C.T.V. and checked all items were paid for especially at a self check out till

   We do most of our shopping here every week. The staff are lovely. I like the club card. However I have been quite annoyed at signs in the lift instructing people to give tesco a glowing review. This makes the review system pointless and I certainly won't be giving good reviews when the service isn't good! Quite annoyed to find the car park machine not working AGAIN today *(happens more often than not these days) and apparently we now have to go online to validate our ticket. For goodness sake get your act together and employ an attendant who won't break down every 5 minutes!

   Needed help today with the Tesco app. I asked a young guy on the fruit & vege. He was already getting other customers constantly asking for things whilst trying to put fresh food out.He was very keen to assist and sorted the app on my phone for me. Great kind enthusiasm in a crazy world. Thanks Sam.

   Good supermarket, has a good supply of items, car par is currently being renovated/repaired and will be good when done,you get 4 hours parking if you spend £15 in the shop which is definitely reasonable. Staff are all usually great and helpful

   Impatient shoppers who are looking for a foolish argument, when I was waiting for a mistake on a product label at the till, in which a supervisor had to correct a product when suddenly a Indian family who son become impatient nearly pushing into my mother who is disabled and a patronising daughter giving patronising looks, what a disrespectful family. I am regular shopper at your branch and I have noticed this behaviour has increased in recent times.
