    Cool store in Chester with a good layout, all products are easy to find. We buy here all the time, everything mostly costs up to 2 pounds, but there are goods that are more expensive, but there are not so many of them. In the store you can buy sweets, snacks, drinks, food, fast food products, household goods, cleaning supplies, office supplies, small electronics, cosmetics, hygiene products. The store has friendly staff. The store is always clean.

    Unfortunately wouldn't accept a faulty product return without a receipt and was accused of lieing in an argument with them about said item. Contacted head office and they were absolutely hopeless. So a negative experience in many ways

    Poundland is a nice and tidy shop everything is easy to find with the layout they have got but if you do need help finding an item you will always find a member of staff who are helpful and friendly they make shopping very easy and relaxing

    I was so embarrassed, they accused me of stealing, because there drinks are behind the door as you go in , I was going towards the door to get a drink and got stopped because I had my shopping under the pram, I have NEVER stole anything in my life, he didn't even let me speak, I just walked out, DEGUSTING, vim ot that kind of person never have never will be, they have to trust people or MOVE the drinks

    Shop was BRILLIANT!!.. called shop spoke to Kurt, who was ace, he got the product we wanted and held it until we picked it up, half an hour later... Got to say had the same experience with the store at Greyhound Retail Park, with James. Excellent service, will DEFINITELY shop at both stores again!!

    I love this shop from cleaning products to make up to phone accessories, baking products, kids crafts I could go on but it's very likely that if you need something they are likely to stock it. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly in my experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
