   I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Bought a supposedly new Samsung phone and the camera doesn’t work at all. Returned the phone the next day for an exchange and he told me to send it Samsung for repairs. My advice is go to CEX they have amazing quality control on all products, give great guarantees even on second hand ones and will exchange the item according to the law. The LAW states that you have 30 days to return a product to the place of purchase for a full refund. I like to support small businesses but not if they are going to rip you off.

   i bought a controller and it was in the box so i assumed it was new so i asked him ‘is there anything wrong with the controller’ he said ‘no’ and he also said ‘we dont do refunds’ so ive come home and im trying the controller and it dosent work at all it looks new and everything but it dosent work absolute scam for £30 and lied about it aswell
