   Worst shop ever very rude assistant manger Beth if u wanna be treated respectfully do not even go there !!!! I am not surprised they closing down anyway the assistant manger where literally she lied about availability of a jacket without even trying to hear full story another staff working there who after explaining my situation to her refuse to give me any name and start saying I’m not obliged to speak to u or give y any name while I’m speaking very politely with her white hair aged lady. so I went this morning with my partner he tried jacket we liked but as it is a surprise gift I didn’t mention I’m buying it for him to him but I mentioned to the staff secretly therefore i needed to buy littertly anything just to keep the element of surprise and go back to shop I updated staff I’m coming back for the jacket in just two hours when I am back jacket is gone trying to explain my situation staff agreed that it has been sold probably and now only one a available is the 250 pound not the 219 so basically just trying to scam people the difference is nothing but the fact that assistance manager came and after explaining situation the big surprise she said we never even had a jacket like that with the size that u require !!! Like excuse we literally tried it this morning I was very silent didn’t even wanna make a scene and I left I explained to them I’m upset with their behaving and I will make sure to write a review about it they did not even seem to care … thanks god they r closing … the issue I have left my number and contact email trying to find a solution with them…

   Bought my javelin aviator sheepskin jacket from here.. half the price it was when I looked last year.. excellent quality and fit. The staff are very friendly and helpful I also bought the care kit for it. I absolutely love my javelin jacket.. ps I bought it from the Bridgend store at McArthur glen shopping centre..!

   I was desperately in need of a new leather jacket and so happy to have been recommended Lakeland. The Cheshire Oaks branch has a wonderful selection of leather jackets in a range of sizes. The shop was spacious so it was easy to inspect garments, and there were a few full length mirrors dotted around the shop to check the fit and look. The staff were pleasant and happy to help if required. My first visit but doubt it'll be my last.

   My wife bought a sheepskin coat from the Cheshire oaks outlet. The young woman who served her was exceptional. Noticed slight damage we had missed with the jacket and ordered a replacement coat, which was perfect.

   Poor quality jacket, at least the one I bought, barely lasted 4 months, looked after it more than any clothing I have bought before but still manged to get ripped and torn, even though I was carful about everything around me what I was leaning back on, supposed to last a life time but this will barley last 2 years if that, staff were nice however, but wouldn't give refund or exchange. So by at your own risk, £180 wasted.
