   Use this branch quite often as close to work. Service good, tables cleared quickly, friendly staff. But. . . . . .PLEASE do something about your cake display, which I presume is the same throughout all branches, open and easily accessible. The flies were literally crawling over the whole display. How the staff couldn't see this till I pointed it out is beyond me. Individual cake domes covering each stand would be better than being totally exposed. Come on Costa, your customers expect and deserve better than this

   Visited this place today. A lady and man was behind the counter. The lady had just finished up serving a family and so I was in line to be served. The gentleman was helping someone already. The lady totally ignored me after making eye contact and proceeded to make a drink for herself. After that walked into the room on the side totally ignoring me waiting. The gentleman then came and served me. Rude and ignorant individual which ruined my experience here

   One thing that I have come to expect from Costa Coffee is good crafted coffee and a consistent taste profile. I'm a qualified barista (:) I have a certificate dated 2013 from the Perth Barista School in Australia for one morning's mess around with an espresso machine). I recognise the sound of the "wailing banshee", when the steam wand is incorrectly positioned in the milk pitcher. It was the first time hearing this curdling sound at a Costa. When I saw the oat milk being poured into the espresso, I could see there was no microfoam. This was a first for me, at Costa. I asked for it to be repoured, the efforts of which were performed by the barista's colleague. It was, this time round, crafted with the quality. One first world problem averted. I sat down and noticed I had 1 bar of 4G signal on my Apple iphone 11 pro max. I began sobbing, ruining the latte art atop my flat white.
